It helps blood flow, weight control, emotional health and even the way we interact with others. Exercise doesn't have to mean going to the gym for an hour every day. If you work in an office setting, try to get out at lunch and take a stroll around your building. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Play tag with your kids for a few minutes at the end of the day. Fitting in exercise sometimes means being creative with the ways we do it.
